From Bureaucrat to Villainess: Dad’s Been Reincarnated!, also known as Middle-Aged Man’s Noble Daughter Reincarnation, is a manga series written and illustrated by Michiro Ueyama. The series debuted in Young King Ours GH, a seinen manga magazine published by Shōnen Gahōsha, on March 16, 2020. Shōnen Gahōsha has compiled its chapters into individual tankōbon volumes, with the first volume released on December 16, 2020. As of August 5, 2024, seven volumes have been published.

The manga gained notable recognition, earning a nomination in the sixth Next Manga Awards in 2020. It secured fourth place in the print category out of 50 nominees, receiving 17,633 votes.

In January 2024, it was announced that the series would receive an anime adaptation. Produced by Ajia-do Animation Works, the anime is directed by Tetsuya Takeuchi, with series composition by Shingo Irie, character designs by Haruka Matsunae, and monster designs by Yuki Miyamoto. The soundtrack features music composed by Natsumi Tabuchi, Misaki Tsuchida, Tsugumi Tanaka, Reiko Abe, and Kaho Sawada.

The anime premiered on January 10, 2025, as part of the Super Animeism Turbo programming block on JNN affiliates, including MBS and TBS. The opening theme, “Choose!!!,” is performed by Cider Girl, while the ending theme, “Matsuken Samba II,” is sung by Kazuhiko Inoue and M.A.O as their respective characters.

The From Bureaucrat to Villainess series has been licensed by Sentai Filmworks for streaming on Hidive in North America, while Muse Communication holds the license for South and Southeast Asia.
